Edward A. Koepp, 85 years of age and a longtime Harborite, died on Thursday, July 18, 2013, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen, Washington. Ed was born on June 3, 1928, in Bridgewater, South Dakota to Willie and Marie (Porath) Koepp.
Ed attended school in Bridgewater and following his schooling he worked in a local grocery store. In 1950, he was married to Shirrel J. Shay in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Following their marriage they lived in Canistota, South Dakota where Ed worked on a farm and tended bar. In 1959, they moved to Hoquiam, Washington.
