Major General Gregory P. Barlow passed away peacefully on July 4, 2013, at the age of 74, due to complications from Alzheimer’s Disease.
Barlow was born in Charleston, West Virginia, on July 16, 1939. He graduated from Highline High School in Burien in 1957 and from Seattle University with a Master of Arts degree in Administration in 1966.
