Leslie Laurane (Lemmon) Beerbower, a 40-year Grays Harbor resident, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Capital Medical Center in Olympia. Leslie was born April 3, 1962, in Coos Bay, Ore. to Richard Gale and Jean May (Ray) Lemmon. Leslie grew up and attended school in Cottage Grove, Ore., McCleary and Elma, Wash. Leslie met Kevin Beerbower in Elma, and they married in McCleary on June 24, 1988.
Leslie was the center of her family and used her many creative talents to make their home in Elma a warm and inviting gathering place for all, including her husband, children, brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews, nieces, neighbors, and friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with her new grandson, Ethan.
