Archie E. Hall, 89 and a resident of Aberdeen for the past 57 years died on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. Archie was born on July 20, 1923, in Bottineau, North Dakota to George E. and Etta L. (Pugh) Hall and was one of 11 children.
Following high school Archie joined the U.S. Navy on October 28, 1942, and was discharged on February 3, 1946, with the rank of Coxswain V6. Following his discharge he returned to North Dakota where he went to school to be an auto mechanic.
