Barbara Doris Dameron, 83, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, went to be with her Lord Jesus on December 30, 2012, in Aberdeen, Washington. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 6, 1929, and was married there to Robert C. Dameron in 1946. The couple moved to San Diego, California the following year, then to Riverside, California where she raised their family. She was employed by the Rohr Company and by the County of Riverside. Soon after retirement she and her husband, Bob moved to Montesano. After Bob’s passing she moved to Cosmopolis.
Doris attended Montesano Presbyterian Church and the Cosmopolis Gospel Chapel where her great Bible knowledge and strong prayer life were well-known.
