Richard P. Sims, 91 years of age and a longtime Harborite, died on Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Pacific Care Center in Hoquiam, Wash. He was born on Feb. 11, 1925, in Aberdeen, Wash. to Clarence B. and Helen H. (Herglund) Sims.
