Lloyd B. Evans, 79, of Elma passed away Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015, in Lacey. He was born and raised in Shelton and was a graduate of Shelton High School. Lloyd raised his family in Elma. He worked at and retired from the Weyerhauser pulp mill.
