Ilamarie Skinner, loving daughter of Lucy and George Osborne, passed away July 15, 2015. Ilamarie was born in Casper, Wyo., and lived on a homestead during her younger years. The family then moved to the Grays Harbor area. During World War II she worked in the shipyards in Vancouver, Wash. — Ilamarie was a real-life Rosie the Riveter. She also worked at Grays Harbor Plywood for a time.
