Virginia ” Virgie ” Bliss (Manwell) was born in aberdeen on Christmas day , 1912. She passed away peacefully with her daughters at her side on April 25, 2014. She outlived 8 brothers and sisters who all grew up on Chicago street in Aberdeen. She was always petite even though she consumed great amount of sweets for most of her life. She had a passion for card games , as did most of her family, and was masterful at Bridge. she married the love of her life, Herman Bliss, after moving to Everett in 1941.
