Arta Darlene Wade (Ruggles), 80, of Westport, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, February 8, 2014. Her daughters were with her at the time of her passing. Arta was born January 13, 1934, in Seattle, to Floyd W. and Maude C. (Bowman) Ruggles. Arta was raised in Hobart, before moving to Ocosta in 1939. She graduated from Ocosta High School in 1952. She married her high school sweetheart, Bill Wade on November 15, 1952. They were married 39 years and divorced in 1991.
