Ross Jacobus passed on January 26, 2014, in Port Townsend. Ross was born May 21, 1925, in Elma, the youngest child of Robert and Oma (Lewis) Jacobus. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ralph and Walter; sisters Erma (Peggy) Jacobus Chapman and Bessie Jacobus-Rall Joliffe, and his wives, Betty Jacobus and secondly, Elizabeth Jacobus, and Thomas Gibbs, who was like a son to him.
